Horseback riding is proven to improve balance and coordination, strengthen weak muscles and relax tight ones. Developing a relationship with horses also offers unique opportunities for improving mental, emotional and spiritual health.
The creators of Horsemanship for Health™ love the challenge of designing instruction to meet individual needs of students, regardless of age or ability. Both are Registered Level Riding Instructors certified by North American Riding for Handicapped Association (NARHA).
